Wanted to post a topic for the community to weigh in on. -In 2011 i launched my full time drone company (333 Exemption Motion Picture COA - https://ift.tt/2N13zq7) and immediately found Hill & Usher was ahead of the game offering UAS/Drone insurance. Rates came in at $1000 for the entire fleet (over 8 units) at 2mil blanket.After 2017, all companies have moved to per-drone at a rate of $400 to $800 per-unit. This is instantly crippling to a small business (and we have a lot more than 8 now). I'm still trying to locate a new suitable underwriter, we've had a 0 incident record since our start.Have any of you all faced similar difficulties with insurance?Can you recommend a company still offering "fleet" coverage for a flat rate?Whats your story? via /r/drones https://ift.tt/2LwnPLH
