Found drone, how do I check if it works?

Hello, I was given a drone that was unclaimed after crash landing on a golf course and I was wondering if anyone can help me diagnose if it has any issues or if a new transmitter can get it going right away.It appears to be a custom build, but the battery is a Pulse 45C 2250 mah and the receiver is a Spektrum AR9000. I don't know much about drones but the receiver has 7 things plugged into it, and the AR9000 apparently only works with a few transmitters so it would be expensive to buy one only to find out that it doesn't work.Does anyone know how to check it, what charger this battery uses, or what transmitter I can test it with?Thank you in advance for your help! via /r/drones https://ift.tt/2Q23uoH
