Hospital Helipad not picking up phone for confirmation.

I have called a Hospital Hellipad twice and no answer. I want to notify them I’m flying in the area. Should I give up and just fly ? I’m not sure how the FAA deals with this sort of thing and what fines are attached. I feel like 20 minutes of flight under 200’ is nothing. via /r/drones https://ift.tt/2FJspIZ
