Looking at buying a drone for a very specific purpose

So before everyone tells me my idea is crazy or ridiculous....trust me I know. I am looking to purchase a drone, but it would need to meet a specific set of requirements and hoping for some suggestions (or you can just flat out tell me no drone on the market will do what I want). The drone would need to be able to hover at roughly 120 ft( hopefully much more). Before I started looking at what drones are available, I was hoping for 8+ hour battery life. I see that this is not even close to being possible. So it would need to be able to be plugged into power and ran continuously. I am no electrician, but the average watts I've seen are 60, so this shouldn't completely wreck my electric bill. (If anyone has any input on this, that would be great.) It would also need to be able to hover while carrying a roughly 1 lb antennae. I would of course account for wind and other weather and bring it down during these times, but ideally it would survive normal Winters here(roughly 20 degrees Fahrenheit).
