Can you fly drones at night?

This question is for the US, FAA hobby rules. I'm wondering if it's possible to fly drones at night. I have seen the requirement for the night waiver if you are a commercial flyer. But I have not been able to find any language, for or against, flying a drone at night if you are a hobby flyer. The rules and guidelines that are listed on my FAA drone registration license does not list anything to do with night flying on it. Is there a definitive answer? via /r/drones http://bit.ly/2TmFg5H
