Just some question about getting a new drone.

Hello everyone, ever since Christmas I've been obsessed with drones after I got my Dji Ryze Tello. Ever since that I've been wondering if there is any Low-medium budget (preferably under 600$) drone suited for outdoors flights which can fly to higher altitudes and resist against the wind. FPV support would be great. I wouldn't mind building my own.​Im open for any tips for drones in general since im very new to all of this.
