[Question] What is the best drone for beginners?

Good day!​Apologies if there is an existing FAQ for this type of question. I just want to get peoples' opinions here about what is best from the available drones out there. Something to practice with, while being able to take aerial shots (if possible).To set a budget, anything for around $200. I can go more, if needed.
