Anyone flying in the DMV/Greater DC Area?

I live in Springfield, (which is within the 15 mile SFRA No Drone Zone surrounding Reagan), and the FAA’s website is kinda confusing regarding if it’s possible to get authorization to fly at all around DC.Anyone with experience flying in this area and knows what permit/waiver i need? Is it legal if I’m on private property as long as I’m lower than 400 feet? Or is it actually impossible to fly legally?I’m not trying to fly over highly populated areas, or through downtown DC, just houses in Northern VA....? via /r/drones https://ift.tt/2BV9NkA
