Want to make aerial videos for realtors/homeowners... drone suggestions?

Right now I offer video walkthroughs and 360º VR Tours to Realtors, but I want to also start incorporating aerial footage into my videos. Any suggestions on something with good video quality, fairly easy to use (although I'm willing to learn if its not super beginner friendly), and won't break the bank? Preferably under $1k...Online its looking like the DJI Mavic Air is my top choice as of rn, however the Typhoon H/Pro/Plus also look nice.Gracias via /r/drones https://ift.tt/2Xt9cQz
