Bought my wife a drone. Few questions?

Hello everyone,​It is my first post in here so please take it easy. My wife's Youtube channel is really taking off so I bought her a drone to add more angles to her vlogs. It hasn't came in the mail yet but upon researching I found there are all sorts of restrictions. We live within 5 miles of an airport and 4 hospitals. I was reading that a lot of people can hardly fly anywhere anymore. Is it true you have to call the hospitals and airports in order to fly?​I also was reading that you need a license for commercial use. Which is fine. But if we pay that and do the class will we have less restrictions on us? I just don't want to buy a 1,500 drone and not be able to use it where we live.​Also, we ordered the Pro 2. I was reading that the Zoom camera is just as good as long as you post process the images/video. I am professional photographer so post processing is no problem if that is the case.
