2 Small Drones for Camp Site racing

Hi everyone, never had a drone before and looking for advice.​I'm looking at setting up a small drone racing course for a Scout camp, it will be 2 at a time racing non-FPV drones.​Do you think this is feasible for sub £100/$100/€100?
