Can't connect my flight controller to the PC

I just bought my first fpv drone, but I'm not able to connect to Betaflight because I can't install the right drivers, I've tried to use Zadig, ImpulseRC and also installed the drivers for STM32, but the flight controller is seen from Windows 10 as "Unknown USB device (device descriptor request failed)".
