Question re: power lines

So, a few weeks ago I was flying a DJI Spark up near a lake house, as I was taking off (off of a deck), I had visual of the drone and looked as though I was clearing a power line (high power line to the house). I had a good 15 feet of clearance when it seemed as though all of a sudden the line sucked my drone in. I couldn’t control it and it did cause a small crash landing, only destroyed my prop guards. But everyone who was around, including myself looked stunned and said “Whoa, looked like you were way far away from that line.” And I said “I thought I was too!”. I’ve been flying for well over a year and a half. So am pretty good at at least avoiding a line that is literally 10 feet in front of me...Is it possible it sucked in my drone? via /r/drones https://ift.tt/2FA6Aca
