Hi guys,Now I know most of you haven't had any issues with DJI and their products and I fully appreciate that, but I need your help, as cheesy as this sounds, I need a bit of humanity and the power of social media.DJI sent me an internally damaged refurbished drone that they are claiming I self serviced. This was the third Mavic Air I had due to a number of issues and DJI sent me this and told me to test it and send it back if it had any issues. I tested it once and sent it back within 2 weeks. I still had warranty and had DJI Refresh, had core board defects with the previous two I sent back and had no issue with them being 'self serviced'. DJI are now accusing me of self servicing and damaging this drone, even after I've told them countless times that I didn't do it. This was either the original owner or a skip in the process by one of DJI's engineers. They have voided my warranty and told me that the only thing I can do is pay the different for an upgrade to a Mavic Pro 2. DJI have now said today that they acknowledge that it may have been self serviced with out my knowledge but they are still voiding my warranty.I've created a website with my full case details from start to finish over months and months of time wasted. You can view my story here at www.dontbuydji.comThis is where I need your help, I need help sharing this site far and wide on social media, on the forums, on drone groups and directly to DJI.If anything please just message my website and something about justice to their support twitter. https://twitter.com/DJISupport #DroneJusticeForDan.I know this is cheesy and some of you wont agree with it, but I'd really appreciate this from one drone head to another. via /r/drones https://ift.tt/2ZfUXPy
