What type of OS is run by controllers with built-in screens?

I realize that for many drone controllers, you use your phone. For others, you don't plug in your phone. For the ones where you don't plug in your phone, what type of OS is being run? Is it still an Android OS? via /r/drones https://ift.tt/2KhqHNH
