Hi guys! Need help to control a drone using my PC, has anyone done that yet?

Hi guys! I'm currently working on a personal project of mine using neural networks and drones. I'm basically trying to use a neural network to fly a drone, but the neural network would be running on my computer, and I would need to control the drone from my computer, which seems to be rather hard. The drone I'm working with is this one. The drone sets up a wifi hotspot and you just connect to it with your phone and control it, however, I would need to control it with my computer, if it's possible. I've been looking around and it doesn't seem to be easy, do you guys have any idea about how to approach this, or should I go for a drone that allows PC control? If so, which would you recommend?
