If I want to hire a drone photographer to take some territorial photos from my property at a very precise height (32') off the ground -- is there a certain setup I should expect them to have? (Seattle)

I'm not a drone person at all, very n00bish, but I've read just a bit to see if I want to dabble and buy a cheap drone but decided I don't and I'd rather just hire somebody for my need.I own an old one story house in Seattle, but it sits on the side of a hill with fantastic views when you are 24 - 32 feet above ground level, and I'd like to take a series of photos from a few exact heights above the ground such as 24', 26', 28', 30', 32', and each also from some exact locations on the parcel.I tried calling a couple of the drone folks that advertised in the local craigslist and they seem rather vague in their answers and say things like "yeah I can probably do that and be accurate to within a few feet"...Are some drone setups more accurate than others? And if I want to narrow my search of drone pilots to those that have very accurate setups -- what should I be asking them? Thanks! via /r/drones https://ift.tt/2ztveb8
