DSMX receiver doesn't work on battery, does in betaflight

I just bought a Leader 3SE. The reliever ( HOBBYMATE FPV Racer Quadcopter Satellite Receiver - for DSM-2 DSM-X Radio Transmitter, With Bind Button ) works fine when I power it off of the USB and it works in Betaflight. As soon as I plug in the drone's battery, the receiver goes from solid orange to an orange blink now and then (Not the fast blink it does in bind mode).Does anyone know why my receiver would work fine under USB power but not on battery power?I made a little video showing the problem:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L7lCiSItJZc via /r/drones https://ift.tt/2nMJw3M
