Turning a hobby into a profession

My son has ADHD and a learning disability. He likes electronics like drones and hoverboards. To be exposingly frank, he isnt gifted or particularly good at circuitry or anything like but it is something I could see him having a sustainable future in. He is not a "school" kid, so I'm not foreseeing college learning or anything like that.I'm a single mom on a fixed income and hes an only child. Our world is very small and I want to do anything in my capability of teaching him and providing opportunities for him to grow into a successful, productive man. I know I'm not saying anything new and it's what any other parent wants for their kid but when it really comes to implementing it, the logistics are not always clear. I'm at a deficit in so many ways, so I have to make up for it.I heard in passing that proficient drone pilots can make a good living. How can I set my son up for something like that? Are there other jobs I can steer him to?I'm wondering what you wish your mom had done for you in support for your hobbies turning into a profession. via /r/drones https://ift.tt/2nuk5ny
