Can someone explain to me why i shouldn't worry about bee-sized drones?

I've watched this, and read around the subject, and i can't see any reason why it won't happen, and more importantly, any effective way to counter it. The best answer i've read is disabling wireless communication and GPS; but then you just program them manually and rely on the software for target recognition.
