Drone and Model Aircraft Stack Exchange Site Proposal. Please help it get to beta!

If you haven't heard of Stack Exchange, it's like Reddit except it's in more of a question-answer format and is also mostly directed towards experts of the certain site subject. Now, for a new site to be made there have to be enough people supporting it before it can get to beta and perhaps even the full release.
