Is there a way I can set up a drone to be on standby so I can activate it 24/7 without touching it?

Excuse my gaps in knowledge, I don't have much experience in this field.This would be more for a security/surveillance application.Is it possible for me to create a setup where I can have an outside base for the drone on my roof with a custom "mini-garage" that would protect the drone/setup when not in use, but allow take-off/landing without any direct human interference needed. The setup would have to include some kind of wireless charging so that aspect is taken care of as well. I want to be able to activate it on-demand without having to physically do anything to the actual drone. Also, would I be able to set up said drone to be controlled remotely (e.g. through internet while I'm out of town and traveling)Or is there something like this that is already available commercially? via /r/drones https://ift.tt/2uSc7IJ
