I will be setting up at a business expo. Here are my thoughts.

Business Expos are well known to be a great place to waste money by giving away free pens and coozies while everyone feigns interest in whatever product or service you are offering. I have a different idea.Instead of playing the trinket game I have elected to give interactive experiences. To accomplish this I have setup two of my PCs with the DJI Enterprise Simulator and will allow people to test their metal at flying the drones I use in my business for about 3-5 minutes at a time. I will also have my Inspire mounted high above the Expo (with chains) and my phone linked to my controller running the Litchi app in FPV mode while inside a Samsung VR headset to allow people to use the 360 degree camera to "see what a drone sees" and experience the Expo from a different perspective.Of course I will also have my vertical banner to the side listing the name of my business and what services I offer, a photo album of my nicer shots and a small TV showing the videos that I have created as well along side my business cards.I would love to hear if anyone else has any ideas. I am all ears, but wanted to share my thoughts on not getting sucked into yet another trinket war that can never be won. via /r/drones https://ift.tt/37VEcN3
