I am writing this to see if anyone has information about whether an organization is actively taking down drones in the harbor of Miami. The reason I ask is because I just saw one go down into the harbor like it was shot down.I was on a cruise ship leaving the harbor and noticed a DJI Mavic following the boat. I watched it for a few seconds but then it started flipping in the air and fell into the water.As far as I can tell the drone was not in a no fly zone, so it has me concerned given I am a drone pilot myself.
