I’m a real estate photographer and I recently purchased a Mavic Air with the plan of offering drone services in the coming months to my clients (currently studying for the test and getting mid 80s on all my practices).I have a potential client who could really use some drone photos for his listing that he’s trying to sell quickly. If I do them for free, will I be able to get away with not having my part 107 license? Everything I’ve seen said you need part 107 if you’re going to get paid for the images you take.It would be a great opportunity for me to get some real world practice before I start charging for it too. That, along with being able to make this potential client feel super important is why I’m heavily considering it.Any help/insight would be hugely beneficial.
