Would the Mavic Mini be the best purchase for someone who's new to the drone world and photography but still wants something quality..?

I am by no means a professional photographer but ever since we've had my first son who's almost 3 now I've been more and more into photography. I currently use my iPhone 11 Pro for most of the photos and just edit them in Lightroom or another app. I want to get a drone that will take quality still and videos but don't need anything top of the line. I will be mainly using it for fun type pictures and I live right by a lake that we paddle board on a lot that would make a great scenic place to use it. Is this Mavic Mini bundle the best way to go?
