How do I change pixels and fps in my pictures on my mavic mini??

I have seen videos on how to adjust the manual exposure on videos cuz of a software update. That is the only option I have, the manual exposure is the only option I have in the update however I can’t find a way to play around with the pixels and the fps at all.
